Terms of Use
These terms describe use of Jade Sonata: Mahjong Piano. The Android, iOS and Web editions use the publisher name Luthfi Studio. Effective date: 2026-10-30.
Using the game
The game is for personal entertainment. Match an uncovered mahjong symbol with a piano key to advance an original melody. It offers no gambling, cash prizes, multiplayer wagering or professional music tuition. Android and iOS do not require a game account. HarmonyOS requires Huawei ID sign-in and successful play-eligibility checks; cancellation, failed verification or a restriction prevents entry. Where local law requires a parent or guardian’s consent, obtain that consent before use.
License and third-party content
You may use the game for its intended purpose. Do not redistribute artwork, music, trademarks or software except as permitted by their licenses or applicable law. Piano sample attribution and third-party license notices are available in settings and the distributed notices. Those licenses continue to apply.
Your local records
You choose backup destinations and are responsible for keeping copies of records you value. Clearing app data, uninstalling, device failure or storage loss can remove local progress. We do not provide cloud-save recovery. Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights or misuse system sharing.
Automatic difficulty decisions
With your permission, VWork uses recent summaries to advise new-level difficulty. You can stop this in Settings; local play remains available. Decisions are bounded by game rules; retries and existing boards remain fixed. A model may be wrong, delayed or unavailable. Local rules are used if a valid recommendation is not ready, and no improvement in retention, scores or personal outcomes is guaranteed. You are not required to purchase anything or watch advertising to recover from a failed level.
Availability and updates
Compatibility depends on the supported Android, iOS or HarmonyOS version and its system web engine, or the browser used for the Web version. Features may be updated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect operation on every device. Use of external websites or services is subject to their own terms.
Store purchases and consumer rights
Any download price is displayed by the store before acquisition. Store transactions and refunds are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law. This build contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. Export records first if you want to retain a copy. We will publish material changes to these terms with an updated effective date.
